Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple is located at Srinivasa Mangapuram which is 12KM from Tirupati.
Now you can take free bus's of TTD which goes towards SriVari Padalu.
Public Buses are quite frequent to Srinivasa Mangpuram.
A.P.S.R.T.C Buses which goes to Piler, Madanapalle, Bhakara Peta, Ramgampeta, ThalaKona goes via Srinivasa Manapuram. It takes 25 mins - 30 mins to reach Temple from Tirupati Bus station.
Tips:
1) Take kalyanam ticket at early hours(like 9AM) and take a visit to near by place like SriVari Padalu later. But make sure that you come back to Srinivas Mangapuram temple by 11AM.
2) You have to handover the tickets to the person at the entrae of Kalyana Mandapam, so that he will call by serial number.
3) Try to sit in front lines so that you can go for dharshan bit early.
